Glyceryl Glucoside (and) Pentylene Glycol (and) Aqua. SHINE+ 2-α-GG-55 by Uniproma Chemical is a plant-based humectant, repairing-, firming-, moisturizing-, whitening- and soothing agent. Glyceryl Glucoside is developed through advanced supramolecular biocatalysis technology, having high content of 2-α-GG, less pollution and high optical purity. It can promote the expression of skin aquaporin AQP3 and improve skin moisturizing efficacy. It attracts and locks in moisture, keeping skin plump and supple even in dry environments.
  • It offers deep hydration, strengthens elasticity, and improves overall skin appearance and texture by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by dryness.
  • It also exhibits antioxidant properties which protect against environmental stressors.
  • It has 5000x smaller molecular weight than hyaluronic acid, providing better skin penetration and a lightweight, non-greasy and refreshing feel.
  • It is gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for sensitive, dry and dehydrated skin types.
  • SHINE+ 2-α-GG-55 is recommended for serum, moisturizer, cream, emulsion, essence, toner, foundations, CC/BB cream, body lotion and body wash.
