Docosane. CasEmol 22 by Thomas Swan is an inherently biodegradable, high-molecular-weight, long-chain alkane paraffinic emollient and film former. It adds body and richness to formulations while maintaining a mild, non-irritating profile. It is an ideal alternative to mineral oil and perfluorononyl dimethicone.
