Melaleuca Alternifolia Oil & Polymethyl Methacrylate & Tricaprylin. Acts as an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory agent and as an anti-acne agent. Its microcapsules are loaded with 5% tea tree (melaleuca alternifolia) oil, enable optimal isolation of the tea tree oil, with unique release on demand™ (RND™) technology which, ensures tea tree oil essential delivery. It is composed of terpene hydrocarbons, mainly monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and their associated alcohols. M. Alternifolia (tea tree) oil contains more than 100 components. The most abundant of these is terpinen-4-o and 1,8-cineole which makes up at least 30%. Also exhibits property such as moisturizing, regenerating / revitalizing and anti-redness/ anti-couperose. Used in skin care products, toiletries, decorative cosmetics/make-up, creams, lotions & gels, anti-dandruff solutions, damaged hair care, anti-acne products and other personal care products.
