Potassium Cocoyl Hydrolyzed Keratin and Water. Promois EKCP by SEIWA KASEI acts as a surfactant, emulsifier, solubilizer and foaming agent. It is derived from sheep wool and bonded with an alkyl group at the N-terminal of the peptide. It contains cystine amino acid and offers high adsorption. It provides hair strength & body, moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. Moreover, it contains 3% dipropylene glycol and 1.5% phenoxyethanol. It finds application in formulating shampoos and facial washes.
