Aqua (94.2%) (and) Polyquaternium-51 (5%) (and) Phenoxyethanol (0.7%) (and) Disodium EDTA (0.1%). Hydroquat™ 510KC by Samyang KCI acts as a moisturizing agent and sensory enhancer. It has a phosphoryl choline structure mimicking the cell membrane of corneocyte.
