Acts as an anti-static agent. It is a dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. Consisting in two parts of C16-18 alkyl group, it has superior function as compared to other cationic surfactants. It is stable at wide pH range and compatible with inorganic, water and non-ionic surfactants. Cationic charge dissipates the static charge and keeps hair becoming flow-away and it gives hair excellent detangling for superior wet comb and skin a powdery softness for smoother feel. It can be used in hair conditioners.
