Caltaine® L-35

Blend of 1-Propanaminium, N-(carboxymethyl)-N,N-dimethyl-3-[(1-oxododecyl)amino]-, inner salt with NaCl and water. Acts as an amphoteric surfactant. It offers mildness and builds great viscosities in many liquid formulations. It is naturally derived from a renewable vegetable resource. Its detergency and foaming characteristics are generally unaffected by hard water. It can be used in numerous mild shampoo and bubble bath applications as either a primary or secondary surfactant and is particularly effective when used in combination with Calfoam® alcohol ether sulfates and Calamide® alkanolamides.
