Polycitronellol (>99%). Citropol® H by P2 Science acts as a texturing agent. It is composed of 100% of organic material. It is a bio-renewable, biodegradable and biocompatible, medium viscosity polymer for clean beauty. It is sustainably manufactured from naturally-derived terpenes. It is a bio-based, non-GMO, viable natural alternative to dimethicone (350 cP) and does not compromise human and environmental safety. It is gluten-, paraben-, phthalate- and sulfate-free. Imparts a lightweight and velvety feel in personal care and cosmetics formulations. It is a “Clean Label”, a long-lasting, non-greasy ingredient with very low E-factor and free of food allergens. It is a viable clean fragrance fixative and alternative to silicones in cosmetics and personal care. Suggested for moisturizer, shower gel, shampoo, hair styling products, body lotion, face cream, hand cream, liquid foundation and lipstick/ lip balm. It is also used in skin care, hair care, non-spray (roll-on stick) deodorant and deodorant spray. Citropol® H is Vegan and Kosher certified and is 100% natural according to ISO 16128 Standard. The shelf life of this ingredient is one year (2-year and 3-year stability studies are pending completion).
