Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate. Radia 7208 by Oleon acts as an emollient and solvent. It has a vegetal origin and is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-exhaustive, fully biodegradable and environment friendly in nature. It exhibits non-oily feel, light smooth after-feel, good spreading, penetration, protection, conditioning, moisturization and lubrication properties. It confers a light, non-greasy and non-fatty texture to creams & lotions and improves the stability of cosmetics formulations.
