Acqualift

Porphyridium Polysaccharide. Acqualift by NaturZell (BASM blue International) acts as an anti-aging, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, healing and hydrating agent. It is derived from red marine micro-algae (Porphyridium cruentum) and contains extracellular sulfated polysaccharides (SPs) with a heterogeneous composition. It is a substitute for hyaluronic acid and is supplied as hydrocolloid solution in sea water. It is pure, non-irritant and very stable in solution, even when exposed to a wide range of pH values and temperatures. It creates a thick protective layer around the cell and protects from external environment. It fights against free-radicals and prevents/reduces age spots. Moreover, it protects against photo-damaging, aging and micro-abrasion of the skin. It offers firming, good lubrication ability, elasticity, improved humectancy and excellent sensory characteristics. Acqualift is used to formulate beauty or personal care products like creams and serums.
