It also acts as a plasticizer, waterproof agent, gelling agent, slip aid and dispersing aid. It is GMO-free, soft and pliable polyester wax that is naturally derived from castor oil. It is ideal for creating creamier textures while increasing the stability of the product. Used in formulating creams, lotions, lipsticks, lip balm, stick pencil, shave cream, mascaras, make-up and sunscreen. Kester Wax K-60P #484 is certified with NPA and KOSHER. It has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
