Cellulose (95-99%) (and) Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (2-4%). CELLULOBEADS D-10-I3 by Kobo Products acts as a texturing agent. It is a lipophilic-type surface treated microsphere that provides a ball-bearing effect, which will impart finished products with increased payoff, an elegant silky texture and enhanced slip for a more natural finish. It is a micron-sized spherical particle used in formulas for their ability to scatter light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin, also known as "optical blurring" or "soft focus" effect. CELLULOBEADS D-10-I3 enhances skin feel, adhesion and blendability when added to oil phases in formulas.
