HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer (95.0-97.0%) (and) Silica (3.0-5.0%). BPD-800 by Kobo Products acts as a texturing agent. It imparts finished products with elegant silky textures, enhanced slip and ball bearing effect. It scatters light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin and provides an effect known as soft focus and optical blurring. It exhibits high oil absorption capacity and can be used for sebum control & as carriers to absorb and deliver materials. It promotes good blendability on the skin, a more natural finish and increased payoff. BPD-800 offers volumizing effect in mascaras. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, EINECS/ELINCS and AICS.
