Pentaerythrityl Tetracaprylate/Tetracprate. Neoderm PTC by Jan Dekker and distributed by IMCD is an emollient. It acts as a protective barrier on the skin to prevent moisture loss. It is a gluten-, PFAS- and GMO-free, synthetic, high molecular weight, branched-chain ester.
  • It provides a cushion effect and barrier protection, making the cream feel richer with a long-lasting, silky, and lubricious after-feel.
  • It offers medium dryness and polarity, improves wash-off resistance, enhances substantivity, and provides excellent oxidative stability.
  • It is recommended for color cosmetics, hand-, day- and night creams.
  • Also suitable for baby-, lip- & skin care products and cosmetic products for dry skin.
  • It is listed in IECSC, ISHL, DSL, ECL, Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and FD&C Act - 21 CFR 700 to 740.
  • It is Vegan and REACH certified.
  • Neoderm PTC has a shelf life of 36 months.
