ALKONIX® SSU

Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate. ALKONIX® SSU by Indorama Ventures Public Company acts as an anionic surfactant. It has its lipophilic portion derived from a fatty alcohol chain and the hydrophilic portion derived from the groups sulfonate, carboxylate and polyethylene oxide. It is based on Laureth-3. It has excellent detergent and emulsification properties and is extremely mild to skin and eyes compatibility. provides better response to viscosity building than amine oxides, making it the preferred choice when formulating sulfate-free shampoos. Used in sulfate-free formulations, mild shampoos, baby products, hand soaps, conditioning shampoos, bubble bath products, skin cleansers and body washes.
