Dimethiconol Meadowfoamate (and) Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer. SiCare® 9938 by Hunan Silok Silicone is natural, non-greasy, long-lasting, non-flammable, modified carrier elastomer gel. The carrier is natural oil and natural oil modified siloxane which includes non-annular silicone oil. It is also non-volatile, adhesive agent in pressed powder cosmetics. It has moisturizing, hydrating, silky, smooth, matt, and powdery texture.

• It has soft texture, with significant moisture retention.
• It is recommended for skin care, hair care, sunscreen, and makeup formulas.
• It enhances moisturizing performance, spreadability, skin affinity and can cover tiny wrinkles.
• It has good compatibility with common oils in formulas.
• It absorbs facial sebum, controls oil and reduce stickiness in the formulas.
• It increases viscosity in formulas with strong water resistance.
• It can be formulated to be O/W, W/Q, or W/Si, also to be water-free, skin care, sunscreen, antiperspirant, deodorant, and makeup products.
• The recommended dosage level is 1 to 80%.
• SiCare® 9938 has shelf life of 24 months.
