Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone. TC-MAGIC 3090 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It is a modified silicone which contains alkyl and polyoxyethylene. It exhibits excellent emulsifiability, water resistance, good stability and suitable for hot and cold conditions. It can be compounded with different kinds of silicone, synthetic grease, plant oil and sun-screening agent.
- Also able to make up emulsion with different viscosity varies from different percentage of oil and water phase.
- It can emulsify over 90% of the aqueous phase in the emulsion, feeling fresh instead of oily.
- It offers good compatibility with different kinds of oil with high content, even sun screen agent.
- It is suitable for make up cream, emulsion and gel under W/Si, W/O, W/O/W or O/W/O system, make up sunscreen cream under W/Si or W/O system.
- It is used in foundation, BB cream, isolated base makeup, mascara, eye shadow and other colorful cosmetics as pigment dispersant.
- TC-MAGIC 3090 has a shelf life of 24 months.
