Surfinesse™ Hydra

Polyglyceryl-10 Olivate/Pelargonate. Surfinesse™ Hydra by Hallstar is a novel, eco-friendly and PEG-free water-soluble emollient. It is obtained through the reaction between polyglyceryl-10 and a mixture of olive oil fatty acids and pelargonic acid.

• It offers excellent water solubility, facilitating easy incorporation into aqueous and detergent formulations.
• It shows a mitigating effect on Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)-induced skin irritation, as evidenced by reduced erythema and skin oedema responses compared with SLS alone.
• It provides calming, soothing, hydrating, moisturizing and nourishing properties.
• It prevents and reduces skin redness or drying and is safe for sensitive skin.
• It also offers repairing, restoring and restructuring benefits. Surfinesse™ Hydra is recommended for shampoos, scalp treatment, hair & facial masks, baby cleansing, make-up remover, shaving, hair removal products.
