Isohexadecane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone. TCE-3161 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in (dimethicone crosspolymer) in isoparaffins. It is stable and safe, easy to formulate, reduces tackiness of formulation and can be applied to cold process.
- Also it can thicken grease in formulation.
- It provides thickening capability, quick absorption and dry, smooth and silky skin feel.
- TCE-3161 is used in antiperspirants, deodorants, makeup, hair care, skin care and sunscreen products.
- It has a shelf life of 24 months.
