PEG-8 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides. GLTEST® GTCC-8WS by Guangdong Goodlight New Material Technology is a water-soluble emollient ester and surfactant in aqueous solution. It also used as solubilizer and co-emulsifier for base oils and fragrances in oil-in-water lotions and creams. It exhibits excellent lipid-forming properties and skin tolerance.
