Neopentyl Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate. GLTEST® 810NPG by Guangdong Goodlight New Material Technology is an emollient. It is a high-grade ester that moisturizes, replenishes oil, and locks in moisture. It is less greasy and allows the skin to breathe freely.
