Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate. GLTEMU® PC41 by Guangdong Goodlight New Material Technology is a nonionic emulsifier. It is primarily used as a co-emulsifier, emollient, humectant and solubilizer in cosmetics. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. Offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting and stabilization properties.
