Rhus Succedanea Fruit Cera. Cerafumei® Sumac Wax 5104 by Fumei is an inherently pure, gentle emollient. It acts as a moisturizer, thickener, sensory modifier and emulsion stabilizer in skin care, and as a structuring agent and plasticizer in cosmetics. It also works as a conditioning agent and texture enhancer in hair care products. It is a 100% natural plant wax obtained by pressing the fruit of the Rhus Succedane tree. It improves the sensory characteristics of O/W emulsions.
  • It can provide lower acid value due to the double-refined process, which can greatly reduce blooming appearance in lipstick formulations.
  • It is non-irritant and offers a lightweight feel without any greasiness.
  • It possesses excellent antioxidant capability and can improve the overall stability of the formulation.
  • It provides intensive nourishment and forms a protective barrier on the skin, effectively locking in moisture and preventing dehydration.
  • It imparts a luxuriously soft and silky texture and enhances the smoothness and ease of application.
  • It also improves payoff properties in color cosmetics such as eyebrow pencil, mascara and creams.
  • Cerafumei® Sumac Wax 5104 is Vegan, non-animal tested (cruelty-free), and can be used as a substitute for Japan wax.
