PPG-33-Buteth-35. Ucon™ 50-HB-3520 by Dow acts as an emollient, solvent, viscosity modifier and pigment wetting agent. It is a high molecular weight, high purity synthetic polymer made from polyalkylene glycol monobutyl ether. It reduces tackiness, improves spreading and provides non-greasy. Ucon™ 50-HB-3520 is used in O/W & W/O emulsions, moisturizing body lotions, self tanning products, eye-makeup remover formulations, skin toner and hair treatment shampoo formulations.
