WeylCare® ATBS C

Ammonium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate. WeylCare® ATBS C distributed by DKSH is a thickening active with a silky-cool, light and fresh touch. It is ready to use (pre-neutralized), cold-processable, EO-free rheology modifier with good UV light tolerance and stability.

• It exhibits bio-compatibility, sensory feel, emulsifying properties, smooth texture and moisturizing sensation on human skin.
• It is a non-sticky, strongly hydrophilic, swellable polymer well known for its outstanding viscosity modifying properties over a wide pH range.
• It forms homogeneous, almost transparent gels with water and water-miscible solvents.
• It is the perfect thickener for all kinds of low viscosity personal care applications, especially hand sanitizers.
• It is used in hair conditioning & styling, body/ hand-, baby- & facial care and color cosmetics, sun protection, apres sun care, antiperspirants and deodorants.
• WeylCare® ATBS C produces 20% oil feasible emulsifier-free formulations.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
