Hydroxypropyl Bis-Hydroxyethyldimonium Chloride. Cola® Moist 200 by Colonial Chemical acts as a humectant and moisturizer. It provides a higher humidity protective gradient on both skin and hair to enhance moisturization. It is safe, non-irritating, non-greasy, water-soluble, non-staining and compatible with a wide variety of formulations. It increases softness & elasticity of skin, reduces fly-away and leaves no tacky feeling and responsible for hair detangling. It is stable at a broad range of temperatures & pH, easily formulated into many emulsion products and has stronger hydrating power than glycerine.
