CitroTech Green CAPB-B

Cocamidopropyl Betaine. CitroTech Green CAPB-B by Citróleo Group is a palm-oil free, amphoteric surfactant. It is a vegetable-origin ingredient, produced from babaçu natural oil. It provides more flexibility, because it requires a lower percentage of viscosity-donating electrolytes in the final product (around 19% less). This allows reduction of the cloud point and greater incorporation of additives without risk of phase separation. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants. It offers excellent dermal compatibility and allows synergistic reduction of irritability to the eyes and skin. This provides alignment of hair, action defrizz, definition of curls, long-lasting effects and volume reduction. CitroTech Green CAPB-B is used in transparent, pearly, creamy and infant shampoo formulations, shower gel, foam bath & liquid soaps.
