Stearalkonium Chloride. Maquat® SC18-25% by Pilot Chemical and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in US, Canada and Mexico is a cationic surfactant, emulsifier and emollient. It is a plant derived product of high quality, low color with excellent substantive properties. It contains 74% biorenewable carbon and is free of any added stearyl alcohol.
