DEHYTON® SFA

Cocamidopropyl Betaine (and) Disodium 2-Sulfolaurate. DEHYTON® SFA by BASF is a natural, readily biodegradable, cold-processable and easy to handle anionic surfactant blend for shampoos and body wash formulations. It is also used as a micellar thickening agent. It provides good wet combability, hair protection, healthy scalp, creamy and rich foams. It offers long term stability in broad temperature and pH ranges. It is ultra-mild to skin and mucous membrane. It enables high cationic polymers to deposit on hair. This ingredient enhances conditioning of polymers. DEHYTON® SFA is used in baby care & cleansing, shampoos, liquid soaps, facial cleansing, toothpastes, mouthwashes, shower and bath products.
