Belonging to a new class of esters that have a very low viscosity for their molecular weights, AXIMOL PTC-14 provides a soft, silky tactile sensation (based on the low viscosity) with very long play time (based on the high molecular weight). Possesses very low skin and eye irritation. AXIMOL PTC-14 is used in skin care, hair care and applications where silicone replacements are desired and cosmetic formulations where long-term lubricity is a desired property.
