Propylene Glycol Ricinoleate. NATURECHEM® PGR is a plant derived / vegetal-based moisturizing liquid emollient ester. It is lubricious, non-comedogenic, imparts gloss and cushion. NATURECHEM® PGR is an excellent pigment wetter & dispersant. It acts as dermal moisture content balancing active which gives feel modification/enhancement and gloss/shine enhancement. It is highly recommended for applications in eye area color cosmetics, facial skin care, foot care, hand & body care and lip care formulations. It is biodegradable.
