Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter. Jarxotic™ MU35 by aurorium acts as an emollient, protective, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory active. It is extracted by cold-pressing the seeds of the murumuru palm, Jarxotic™ MU35 is high in lauric, myristic, oleic and linoleic acids as well as vitamin A. It is used in hair and skincare preparations for its ability to nourish, moisturize, and protect as it helps the skin and hair retain moisture longer. It helps to restore gloss and pliability to dry and damaged hair. It can be melted and combed through dry hair for a pre-wash & deep-conditioning treatment. It is a replacement for argan oil. It is recommended for creams, lotions, sun care products, shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, stick formulations and body butters.
