Origin

Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter is derived from the seeds of the Astrocaryum murumuru palm tree native to the Amazon rainforest. The seeds are collected and then cold-pressed or expeller-pressed to extract the butter. This process helps retain the butter's natural properties and nutrients. The extracted butter is then further refined, filtered, and sometimes deodorized to obtain a smooth texture and neutral aroma.
