Jarcane™ 20

Eicosane. Jarcane™ 20 by aurorium is a solvent, texture improver, viscosity modifier, moisturizer, emollient, wax additive and solubilizer. It is a high purity vegetable-derived paraffin made from renewable resources like natural fatty acids or natural fatty acid methyl esters. Jarcane™ 20 is also an alternative choice for non-polar wax additives and silicone. It is very stable and completely soluble in cosmetic oils and solvents. It is fast absorbing grade with a light skin feel and leaves skin normal to the touch after application. It provides reduced oily and greasiness. It improves the coverage, consistency and pigment wetting in cosmetics as well as enhanced color stability. It is also compatible with silicones, UV filters, and lipophilic systems. It is recommended for creams & lotions, color cosmetics, hair conditioners, shampoos, treatments and styling. It is suitable for deodorants, sun care creams and lotions, makeup remover, body wash and hand cleansers/soaps.
