Amisoft® MK-11

Potassium Myristoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® MK-11 by Ajinomoto acts as a mild surfactant and moisturizing agent. It is weakly acidic and is available in powder form. It is an anionic, highly biodegradable and hypoallergenic grade. It is derived from L-glutamic acid and natural fatty acids. Offers foaming properties. Leaves a moisturized feeling on the skin. Gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry, coarse feel. Amisoft® MK-11 is used in shampoos, soap bars, facial cleansing foams, liquid cleansers and sulphate-free products.
