Amisoft™ HS-11P

Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft™ HS-11P by Ajinomoto is a natural and very efficient O/W emulsifier that can be used at even low dosage. It has relatively low cleansing and foaming properties, because its optimal application pH (5-7) helps keeping the skin and hair moisturized. It is a mild anionic surfactant, dispersing and moisturizing agent, derived from the plant-derived amino acid L-Glutamic acid. It is a highly biodegradable, weakly acidic and hypoallergenic grade. It is available in flakes (F) form. The cold process emulsions can be achieved with this ingredient.

• It is suitable for emulsion including many electrolytes such as sodium PCA and ascorbic acid derivatives.
