Propylene glycol heptanoate. Capmul® 907P by Abitec Corporation acts as a non-ionic emulsifier, solubilizer, preservative and anti-microbial agent. It is vegetable based and prepared by the esterification of glycerol or propylene glycol with selected fatty acids or via glycerolysis of triglycerides. It provides light silky-smooth and non-greasy feel on the skin. Capmul® 907P finds application in formulating lotions, creams and other cosmetic products.
