Andisil® SF 2305V

Dimethicone (and) Bis-vinyl Dimethicone. Andisil® SF 2305V by AB Specialty Silicones is a linear carrier gum blend. For hair care products, it adds anti-frizz properties and conditioning to prevent split ends. It is recommended for dry & damaged hair and anhydrous formulations. Also, provides ease of formulation, low residue/light build up and soft/supple feel. It improves wet & dry combing. It is recommended for moisturizing treatments and to improve texture and water resistance in sun care applications where cyclic siloxanes are not used. It combines volatile siloxane with high molecular weight gum. In skin care, it provides long wear of actives on skin, wash off resistance, film forming and unique skin feel. Also, offers cushion, lubrication, organic compatibility, water repellency, skin protectant and spreadability. It is suitable for clear formulations. Andisil® SF 2305V is used in cleansers, creams & lotions, color cosmetics, serums, leave-in conditioners and styling treatments. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
