This Deo stick – natural care exhibits caring properties and excellent non sticky skin feel. It features:
- PURABYK® -P 5541 SATIN: which is a matting agent which absorbs humidity. It is produced from native, colloidal phyllosilicate by a unique process providing unequalled high purity, whiteness and brightness.
- RHEOBYK® -7590 PC: which is an organic rheology additive based on a natural castor oil derivative for oil phases. It can be used as an emollient, conditioning agent and water repellent. It keeps particles evenly distributed and enhances the stability.

Emulsifiers which are both chemically stable and able to produce a stable emulsion in an acidic environment containing high concentrations of aluminium or zirconium salts, are important in the formulation of roll-on antiperspirant products. A combination of Cithrol GMS A/S, Cromul EM1207 and Volpo S2, which possess chemically stable ether linkages, are used in this formulation to produce a stable emulsion. Crodamol PMP, a linear alkyl methyl-branched ester ether, imparts a non-oily dry emollience.

Not only can this cationically modified cellulosic polymer be substantive to skin to enhance product aesthetics, it can also build viscosity in this high electrolyte environment. In this prototype, the CELQUAT H-100 polymer provides a good sensorial feeling and body, even without any additional emollient agent or thickener.

This opaque, oil-in-water system is a typical example of a roll-on antiperspirant emulsion. It uses an enhanced efficacy aluminum chlorohydrate active and, combined with the UCON™ FLUID AP (PPG-14 Butyl Ether), produces an aesthetically pleasing, reasonably priced, formulation for fighting underarm wetness.
