Kostol STMC #823 is a high performing emulsifier, skin and hair conditioner, making it the perfect choice for conditioners, and all other hair care applications, especially where a 'sulfate-free' claim is needed. Kester Wax K-48 #120 builds formula viscosity without adding drag, and Kester Wax K-24 #358 functions as an effective lightweight conditioner.
