CUBLEN KT 600

CUBLEN KT 600 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a very effective calcium carbonate inhibitor, water hardness stabilizer, and complexing agent for trivalent metal ions (such as ferric ion). It is also offered as a granular, dust-free solid with a variety of active ingredients in addition to aqueous preparations. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is a flame retardant and corrosion resistant grade. </li> <li>It acts as a plasticizer as well as an anti-scaling agent. </li> <li>It is a protective and dispersing agent, surface conditioner, and rheology modifier. </li> <li>It is used in pigment preparations as well as metal, plastic, powder, container, and coil coatings. </li> <li>CUBLEN KT 600 is utilized in a variety of industries, including aerospace, aircraft, automotive, transportation, building and construction, consumer products and home goods, fibers and textiles, ink and graphic arts, and pipes and tubes. </li></ul>

SYNTRAN® AC 9131

SYNTRAN® AC 9131 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer. It is based on a technology which substantially increases the chemical-, household stain-, alkali submersion- and water submersion resistance. It allows polymer to fully cure at room temperature while maintaining standard long-term shelf stability.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It possesses a very low particle size with good penetration into porous substrates like concrete and wood.</li> <li>It is easy to formulate for low-VOC formulations.</li> <li>It offers excellent flexibility & adhesion to multiple substrates, and is an excellent let down binder for pigmented coatings.</li> <li>SYNTRAN® AC 9131 is suitable for concrete sealers and furniture coatings.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul>

SYNTRAN® AC 7016

SYNTRAN® AC 7016 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is an alkali-soluble acrylic copolymer. It is suitable for primers with excellent wood warming properties e.g. in stains for furniture and other industrial applications. It is also possible to apply with a roller coater.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used as an adhesion primer on wood, metal, metallized foils, aqueous stains and under UV varnishes. </li> <li>It can also be used as an insulating primer for isolation of water-soluble materials.</li> <li>It offers excellent film clarity and very good oil resistance.</li> <li>SYNTRAN® AC 7016 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul>
