YCK 2010 by YCK chemicals is an anionic surfactant pigment dispersing. A small amount can promptly increase tinting strength of carbon black which prevents various carbon black from flocculating. Provides higher gloss, better tinting strength and quick, higher efficient dispersion in non-aqueuos dispesion. Can improve color developing of universal tinting past in alkyd paint base, hence increases their flow, tinting strength, gloss and stabiity. Used as auxiliary additive. Used in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, furniture coatings and coil coatings. Also used in pigment concentrates. Amphoteric surfactant. Accelerates pigment wetting and dispersion which shortens grinding time and reduces color paste viscosity. Can be used for preparing high solid color paste. Has excellent wettability and dispesivity which makes pigment grinding finer. Has no effect upon thermal stability of vinyl polymer. Increases tinting strength by 5-10%, especially effective in organic pigment. Improves titanium oxide dispersion which provides better coverage rate and whiteness and hence reduces cost. YCK 1040 by YCK chemicals is the solution of polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane copolymer. Is a relatively basic leveling agent in paint production with improving paint film property in various respect. Has an excellent gloss and color retention property. May also play a definite part in an arrangement of flatting powder when used in flatting paints. YCK 1040 is used in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, furniture coatings and others. YCK 645 by YCK chemicals has highly effective defoaming peformance. Has good performance on supression and eliminating foams yielded during production, packaging and application. Has extremely outstanding defoaming effect on two-component paint which prevents generation of paint film faults such as pinhole. Improves levelling and wetting. YCK 645 is used in automotive coating, industrial coating, coil coatings, furniture coatings and other coatings. YCK 610 by YCK chemicals is a fluorinated silicone defoamer. Offers good foam inhibition and good compatibility. Improves substrate wetting, coating leveling and weathering. Used in wood coatings and industrial coatings.
