YCK 2110

Solution of unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer with a polysiloxane copolymer. Reduces surface tension between pigment/fillings and adhesives, hence reducing the time required for the grinding process. Stabilizes the pigment dispersion. Prevents flooding, floating and formation of Bernard cells. Also reduces orange peel. Improves surface slip, gloss and orientation of flatting agents or aluminium flake. Used in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, furniture coatings and coil coatings. Also used in printing inks and production of pigment concentrates.
