Wacker® E 32 by Wacker is a nonionic, aqueous emulsion of a silicone wax. Offers outstanding resistance to detergents and weathering. Wacker® E 32 is mainly used in the polish sector. Wacker® SILANE P-TRIETHOXY by Wacker is a clear, colorless phenyl triethoxysilane (organosilane), liquid with a weak characteristic odor. Offers increased polymer yield, increased isotactic content and improved molecular weight dispersity. It is soluble in organic solvents and insoluble in water. It is used as a component of Ziegler-Natta olefin polymerization catalyst system. Wacker® SILANE P-TRIETHOXY is recommended for cookware coatings. Complies with TSCA regulation. Wacker® AK 12500 by Wacker is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane. Possesses outstanding property profile, owing to good chemical structure. Offers very good water-repellent properties and good dielectric properties. Shows good solubility in a wide range of solvents. Provides low surface tension and thus high surface activity. Wacker® AK 12500 imparts high flash point, low solidifying point, and high resistance. Wacker® AK 1000 by Wacker is a silicone fluid. It is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane. Offers minimal change in physical properties over a broad
temperature range. Exhibits excellent water-repellent properties, good dielectric properties and high heat resistance. Possesses low surface tension and thus high surface activity. Due to its chemical structure, Wacker® AK 1000 has an outstanding property profile, which sets it apart from organic materials such as mineral oils. Wacker® AK 60000 by Wacker is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane. Possesses outstanding property profile, owing to good chemical structure. Possesses high flash point, low solidifying point, and high resistance. Wacker® Silicate TES 28 by Wacker is tetraethoxysilane, also known as tetraethyl orthosilicate. It is a monomeric silane. It can be hydrolyzed to form silicon dioxide (silica). It is colorless and clear in appearance. Wacker® Silicate TES 28 is used in anti-corrosive coatings. Wacker® SILANE M1-TRIETHOXY by Wacker is a clear, colorless, liquid methyl triethoxysilane. Exhibits good degree of curing, good mechanical properties such as elongation at break, modulus of elasticity and flexibility. It is a filler modifier. Provides water-, chemical- and moisture resistance. Designed for coatings applications such as aqueous sol-gel coating systems to produce organic-inorganic hybrids. It is used mainly to render a wide range of surfaces & materials water repellent like mineral fillers, pigments, glass and cardboard. Wacker® SILANE M1-TRIETHOXY complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. Wacker® Silicate S 100 by Wacker is an ethyl silicate binder. Possesses outstanding antisetting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up even if they have been stored for a long time. Zinc-rich paints based on Wacker® Silicate S 100 may be used as primers or on their own. They protect steel from corrosion in aggressive industrial and coastal atmospheres at high temperatures (up to 420°C) in the presence of chemicals. It is suitable for the formulation of ready-to-use one-pack systems with a flash point >21°C. Wacker® Silicate MKS by Wacker is an ethyl silicate. Possesses outstanding antisetting properties.
