HDK® H20 by Wacker is synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. Acts as a thickening, and thixotropic agent in coatings, and printing inks. Possesses high purity. Used as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, mainly silicone-elastomers. HDK® H20 also acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings. HDK® H30 by Wacker is synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. Acts as a thickening, and thixotropic agent in coatings, and printing inks. Possesses high purity. HDK® N20D provides an increased bulk density, a faster incorporation, but a slightly reduced thickening activity. HDK® H18 by Wacker is synthetic, hydrophobic amorphous silica. HDK® H18 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings especially in vinylester, epoxy and polyurethane systems. HDK® N20 by Wacker is a high purity, synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. HDK® N20 acts as a thickening and thixotropic agent in many organic systems, eg. in unsaturated polyesters, coatings, and printing inks. HDK® V15 by Wacker is a high purity, synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica. It is a white colloidal powder. HDK® V15 is used as a rheology additive in coatings. HDK® S13 by Wacker is a high purity, synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica. Acts as a thixotropic agent. HDK® S13 is used in coatings, inkjet and printing inks. HDK® T30 by Wacker is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. Acts as a thickening and thixotropic agent. HDK® T30 is used in coatings, lacquers and inkjet. HDK® H20RM by Wacker is hydrophobic amorphous silica. HDK® H20RM is used in coatings and printing inks. HDK® H17 by Wacker is pyrogenic silica. Acts as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, especially in vinylester, epoxy and polyurethane systems. It is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. It is white colloidal powder of high purity. A good dispersion of HDK® H17 is a must to assure optimum performance.
