VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based liquid dispersion. Its typical properties include high continuous use temperature of 260°C, excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at these high temperatures combined with very good chemical and excellent radiation resistance. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It is used when thinner coatings are required, where difficult geometries must be coated, and in instances where enhanced properties such as release are critical to performance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804 complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804Blk by Victrex is a black colored polyetheretherketone polymer-based liquid dispersion. Its typical properties are high continuous use temperature of 260°C, excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at these high temperatures, combined with excellent chemical and radiation resistance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804Blk conforms to FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 by Victrex is semi-crystalline, linear polyetheretherketone polymer-based off-white liquid dispersion. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It has been specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with varying levels of lubricant to give high wear and abrasion resistance combined with very good release properties. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 703 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based powder. It can be used electrostatically and in formulation of liquid dispersions. It is a linear, aromatic, semi-crystalline thermoplastic in nature and exhibits flow above the melt temperature. It is available in average particle size of 23 micron. When processed using the correct guidelines, the coatings will exhibit the excellent properties like excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at high temperatures (260°C). It offers hydrolysis resistance, strength, durability, excellent chemical and radiation resistance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 703 is inherently flame retardant and has low level of extractables. It complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 706 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based powder. It can be used electrostatically where higher flow and thinnest coatings are required. It is a linear, aromatic, semi-crystalline thermoplastic in nature and exhibits flow above the melt temperature. It is available in average particle size of 23 micron. It is specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with high wear and abrasion resistance combined with excellent release properties on ferrous substrates such as carbon and cast steels. These properties are retained at high temperatures where other release coatings would potentially fail. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F816Blk complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F804 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based liquid dispersion. It prevents flash rusting that can occur when water-based coatings are applied to ferrous metals such as mild steel. It can also coat non-ferrous substrates equally effectively. Its typical properties include high continuous use temperature of 260°C, excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at these high temperatures combined with very good chemical and excellent radiation resistance. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F804 complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F809 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based off-white colored liquid dispersion. It prevents flash rusting. It has a low level of extractables. It has been specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with high wear and abrasion resistance combined with excellent release properties on ferrous substrates such as carbon and cast steels. These properties are retained at high temperatures where other release coatings would potentially fail. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F809 complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 701 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based powder. It can be used electrostatically where heavy coating thickness are desired and where machining to tolerance may be required. It is a linear, aromatic, semi-crystalline thermoplastic in nature and exhibits flow above the melt temperature. It is available in average particle size of 50 micron. When processed using the correct guidelines, the coatings will exhibit the excellent properties like excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at high temperatures (260°C). It offers hydrolysis resistance, strength, durability, excellent chemical and radiation resistance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 701 is inherently flame retardant and has low level of extractables.
