VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based liquid dispersion. Its typical properties include high continuous use temperature of 260°C, excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at these high temperatures combined with very good chemical and excellent radiation resistance. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It is used when thinner coatings are required, where difficult geometries must be coated, and in instances where enhanced properties such as release are critical to performance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804 complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 by Victrex is semi-crystalline, linear polyetheretherketone polymer-based off-white liquid dispersion. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It has been specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with varying levels of lubricant to give high wear and abrasion resistance combined with very good release properties. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300.
