Its typical properties are high continuous use temperature of 260°C, excellent wear, abrasion and cut through resistance at these high temperatures, combined with excellent chemical and radiation resistance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 804Blk conforms to FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300.
VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 by Victrex is semi-crystalline, linear polyetheretherketone polymer-based off-white liquid dispersion. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It has been specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with varying levels of lubricant to give high wear and abrasion resistance combined with very good release properties. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 809 complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300.
VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F816Blk by Victrex is an aromatic, linear polyetheretherketone polymer-based black colored liquid dispersion. It It prevents flash rusting and has low level of extractables. It is specifically formulated to provide a resilient coating with high wear and abrasion resistance combined with excellent release properties on ferrous substrates such as carbon and cast steels. These properties are retained at high temperatures where other release coatings would potentially fail. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ F816Blk complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300.
