Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI)

Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) by Vencorex is aliphatic and used in the chemical synthesis of aliphatic polyisocyanates and polyurethanes, such as aqueous dispersible polyurethane polymers (PUD) showing exceptional weathering resistance and flexibility. Applications include resins for UV radiation curing and PU elastomers. Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) has a shelf life of 12 months.

Easaqua™ WAT-4 by Vencorex is an APEO-free aliphatic polyisocyanate. Enables high durability, outstanding stain-, abrasion-, water- and humidity-resistance. It is soluble in esters, ketones, ether-esters and aromatic hydrocarbons. Used as a hardner of two-pack waterborne polyurethane leather finishing topcoats for automotive, upholstery and accessory leather products. Easaqua™ WAT-4 complies with European directive 2003/53/CE regulation. Formerly known as Rhodocoat™ X WAT-4.

Tolonate™ X FD 90 B

Tolonate™ X FD 90 B by Vencorex is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on high functionality hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homo-polymer). Acts as a crosslinking agent. Enables fast drying, non-yellowing, outstanding durability and mechanical properties. Exhibits excellent solvent-, abrasion- and chemical resistance. Soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons. Used as a hardener of two-pack polyurethane coatings for car repair, marine and protective, ACE and machinery, aerospace, general industry, automotive OEM and plastic parts. Tolonate™ X FD 90 B also finds use in as a cross-linker of hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols, to prepare fast drying two-component polyurethanes coatings.
