Scuranate™ T100 by Vencorex is a 2,4- toluene diisocyanate. Suitable for PU paints. It should be stored at temperatures around 25-30°C. Storage at higher temperatures can lead to discolouring and formation of solids which can not be dissolved by heating. If Scuranate™ T100 is stored at temperatures below 22 C, it can crystallize. Scuranate™ T80 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (80%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (20%). Major applications include polyurethane flexible foams (slabs/moldings), cast elastomers, paints, coatings and high resiliency applications. Scuranate™ T80 is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C. Scuranate™ T65 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (68%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (32%). It is an aromatic compound prepared after crystallization and separation of isomers. Applications include PU binders. Scuranate™ T65 is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C. Scuranate™ TX by Vencorex is a mixture of the two isomers of TDI: 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate with high concentration of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate. Used in polyurethane paints. It should be stored at temperatures around 25-30 °C. Storage at higher temperatures can lead to discolouring and formation of solids which can not be dissolved by heating. If Scuranate™ TX is stored at temperatures below 22°C, it can crystallize.
