BLANC FIXE™ N is a synthetic barium sulfate by Venator Materials. Used in weather-resistant and chemicals-resistant primers, can-coating systems, in matt and semi-matt powder-coatings. Provides good rheological properties and very good compatibility with coloured pigments. Offers extremely good wettability due to low specific surface area. Suitable for the cost-optimization of formulations via increased hiding power and possible partial replacement of pigments. Possesses extremely narrow particle-size range for high gloss specifications and neutral color, due to its low refractive index. BLANC FIXE™ N has a shelf life of 12 months. Synthetic barium sulfate. Exhibits very good wettability, low abrasion, neutral pH, and long lasting gloss. Increases the hinding power of pigmented systems. Shows resistance to acids and bases. BLANC FIXE™ Super F has a shelf life of 12 months.
